Children and youth are at the core of who we are as a community of faith. They are our heart beat, they are our greatest source of excitement, energy and commitment.
Belonging
We create a sense of belonging at LCC. Many people who visit us in worship or participate in another way find their appreciation for and commitment to LCC.
Openness
We have a sense of openness to new people, new ideas and new approaches to ministry.
Joy
We have joy and pleasure in life and faith. When clergy and lay leaders find and exhibit deep joy for God and one another, it is truly contagious.
